Instructions
  1. 1 Prepare Tofu

Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes and toss with sesame oil. Bake at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or pan-fry until golden and crispy.

  2. 2 Steam Spinach

Steam the spinach until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess water.

  3. 3 Make Peanut Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, and rice vinegar. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.

  4. 4 Assemble Wraps

Warm the flour tortillas. Spread a layer of peanut sauce on each tortilla. Add crispy tofu, steamed spinach, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

  5. 5 Serve

Fold or roll the wraps and serve immediately.
