1 Prepare Ingredients
Wash spinach and roughly chop. Dice bell peppers and onions. Cube smoked tempeh. Slice avocado.

2 Sauté Vegetables
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onions and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

3 Add Tempeh
Add smoked tempeh to the skillet and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until lightly browned.

4 Wilt Spinach
Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour Alfredo sauce into the skillet and stir to combine. Heat through gently for 2 minutes.
